At the core of the Pearl Diver experience lies its native digital cryptographically secure BEP20 standard fungible utility token, named PEARL. It’s a transferable representation of attributed functions specified in the protocol/code of the PD products, which is intended to be used solely as the primary utility token within the PD ecosystem. This valuable digital asset forms the foundation of the in-game economy, enabling players to engage in various activities and unlock exciting opportunities within the game.
During the initial phase of the game half of the total PEARL supply is made available to purchase for the public. These tokens can be acquired by players serving as a gateway to the captivating world of Pearl Diver. By staking their acquired PEARL tokens over time, players have the opportunity to receive additional PEARL, steadily expanding their holdings and enhancing their presence in the game.
To establish a fair and accessible entry point for all potential players, the base price of PEARL is set at a rate of 0.01 USDT per token. These tokens are offered in carefully curated packs during the initial public sale, providing players with different options to suit their preferences. The packs range from 1,000 PEARL to 2,500,000 PEARL, offering various opportunities for players to embark on their Pearl Diver journey with their desired level of participation.

PEARL is a non-refundable functional utility token that will be used as the medium of exchange between participants in the PD ecosystem. The goal of introducing PEARL is to provide a convenient and secure way of payment and settlement between participants who interact within the product(-s) in the PD ecosystem, and it is not and is not intended to be a medium of exchange accepted by the public (or a section of the public) as payment for goods or services or for the discharge of a debt, nor it is designed or intended to be used by any person as payment for any goods or services whatsoever that are not exclusively provided by the PD. PEARL does not in any way represent any shareholding, participation right, title, or interest in the Pearl Diver business or its respective affiliates or any other company, enterprise, or undertaking, nor will PEARL entitle token holders to any promise of fees, dividends, revenue, profits or investment returns, and are not intended to constitute securities in Germany, Poland, British Virgin Islands or any relevant jurisdiction. PEARL may only be utilized in the PD ecosystem, and the ownership of PEARL carries no rights, expressed or implied, other than the right to use PEARL as a means to enable usage of and interaction within the PD ecosystem.
